Events and Celebrations.

On Sunday, January 22 during worship, we dedicated a plaque that celebrates over 200 years of pastors who have served our family of faith.

On November 6th, we hosted a Benefit Concert for the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity.  We were graced by the singing of soprano Deidre Tascarella.  Shaun Booher accompanied Deidre on the piano. Donations were very generous, totaling $470, which will go toward building a home for a family in need in Lamoille County, beginning spring 2012.

On September11, 2011 we remembered and we honored victims of September 11, 2001.

We prayed, we sang, we read names of firefighters who risked their lives and gave the ultimate sacrifice. We will not forget. We will honor and remember.

On August 14, 2011 we rededicated our Fireplace room, thanks to the generous donations from the Paul Goodrich Memorial Fund and the Women's Fellowship

Fourth of July Celebration a Great Success!

In addtiona to our usual fare of hot dogs, drinks and our legendary strawberry shortcake, we had two new offerings added to this year's celebration!  We hosted the bluegrass music of Mark Strusaker and Gary Darling.  Mark is widely known as he created the WDEV Radio Rangers in 1986.  Gary, a mandolinist, is a founding member of the "Gopher Broke" Bluegrass band.  We also added "carnaval type" games for the children and those who are "children at heart".  We hope to make these annual additions to this popular event.

Many of our church family members participated in many ways while others just enjoyed the day!

The Spring Rummage and Food Sale a great success!

Along with the hard work and contributions of many to make this event a success, there was still time for some frivolity!  And Minnie Gould showed us all how to do it!

A sturdy maple tree dedicated to Bea Walker.

The new tree on the front lawn of the church is a donation from Bob Walker in loving memory of his wife Bea.  Bea was a dedicated, faithful and tireless member of our church family.
